That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

GMQ will charge you the actual shipping costs. Shipping amount may be higher at check out, than actual shipping costs.


How long does it take to receive an order?:

Most original orders take 7-10 business days for processing. Once your order is processed how long it takes for shipping will depend on the shipping method you selected. We generally ship First Class or Priority, unless you have informed us with other arrangements.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Just so you are aware, a special custom order will take approximately 5-8 business days for processing. We love to keep in contact with you during this process and keep you updated on when your treasure will be sent out.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an item is shipped GMQ has no control over the delivery. Questions regarding deliveries need to be addressed by the customer to the post office that states a delivery was made.

 

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

GMQ will gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery


GMQ does not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Certain items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders Our items are custom made and unable to be returned or refunded, all sales will be pre-paid and final. We do not offer returns on any items unless a mistake has been made on our part. If there is a mistake, we must receive the blanket back in its original condition. Please message me for any further information regarding our refund policy.

Please Note: The Lovey 17”x17” size blanket is for baby to CARRY around or cuddle with before they are big enough to sleep with an actual blanket. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SMALL BLANKET! You cannot wrap a baby in a blanket this size, it is a bit larger than a burp cloth and is meant to comfort and play with not cover.


Any item/items CANCELLED after a 24 hour period will accrue a 10% cancellation fee. Also, any NON-CUSTOMIZED item/items RETURNED will accrue a 10% restocking fee. *Custom orders are nonrefundable: Personalized Blankets, Custom sizes, etc.

Please confirm all spelling and addresses before submitting orders as all sales are final. GMQ is not responsible for misspelled names and incorrect addresses provided by customers.
